Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 特殊教育學系碩士在職專班 === 101 === The study aims to explore the effects of functional vision training to improve visual-motor coordination of child with visual and multiple disabilities. The subject of this study was a 6 years child with visual and multiple disabilities, and suspected visual cortical impairment. A single- subject multiple- baseline design across three behaviors was adopted in this study. The subject access functional vision assessment and visual cortical impairment characteristics assessment. The program of functional vision training with self-care activities was applied in this study. The independent variables of the study was functional vision training ; dependent variable was visual-motor coordination and movement reaction time in activities of light hygiene, drinking and eating. The data were analyzed by visual analysis and C statistics. The results show that: 1.Functional vision training can improve the subject's visual-motor coordination in the three " light hygiene ", " drinking" and "eating" activities. 2.The parents of the results of the social validity of three light hygiene, drinking and eating the effectiveness of teaching and learning activities have a positive affirmation that the child in visual-motor coordination, participation of the overall activities of the initiative and independence were increased. Based on the findings, the present study functional vision training to improve visual-motor coordination of child with suspected cortical visual impairment and teaching of the child with suspected cortical visual impairment and environmental adjustment strategy discussion. And make recommendations for the teaching and research for future of cortical visual impairment.
