Moreover, itexamines the predictability of principals'culture leadership to school innovation management. The result of the research can provide concrete suggestions and further study for elementary schools. The population of this research consisted of Nantou County teachers. With questionare of “Elementary School Culture Leadership and School Innovation Management Questionare"to undergo sampling investigation, the researcher surveyed 681 elementary school educators and received 603 copies of valid respondents. The rate of valid samples was 88.5%. Statistical methods used for analyzing the collected data were:descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, canonical correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The main findings of the research were: 1.Elementary school teachers'perception of principals'culture leadership was above average. Principals'basic assumption leadership was relatively highest, and Principals'artifacts and creation leadership was relatively lowest. 2.Elementary school teachers'perception of school innovation management was above average. In addition, the degree of using on innovation of student activity was the highest, and the degree of using on innovation of administration was the lowest. 3.There were significant differences about principals'culture leadership of teachers'perception based on sex,age, position, school size,and school history. The elementary school teachers who were “male”, in position “director” schools,in size “less 6 classes” were more perceptive to principals'culture leadership. 4.There were significant differences about school innovation management of teachers'perception based on sex,age, educational background,, years of service,school location, school size. The elementary school teachers were more perceptive who were “male”,”above 51 years old”, in education background “above institute”, in position “subject teachers”, in location “normal area” schools,to school innovation management. 5. There was a positive correlation between principals'culture leadership and school innovation management. 6. Principals'culture leadership could effectively predict school innovation management. Finally, based on thosed findings, the research suggests some implications of administrative authorities, elementary principals, and further studies as well.
