The research was from September 3rd, 2012 to November 23rd, 2012, at the gymnasium of Taipei Datong Community College. The Paired-Samples t Test and the Independent-Samples t Test of SPSS 20 were delivered to analyze the data. The results show that 1) the Aerobics group is significantly improved in flexibility after the program while other dimensions are insignificant. After the program, Pilates group is significantly improved in muscle endurance and cardiopulmonary endurance and body fat dimension, while others are insignificant. 2) Aerobics group is superior to Pilates in flexibility and muscle endurance. It demonstrates that doing Aerobics may improve flexibility and gain better result than doing Pilates. Doing Pilates may improve muscle endurance, cardiopulmonary endurance and body fat (non-diet-controlled); while flexibility and muscle endurance are inferior to the Aerobics group. Suggest the later researchers may focus on, 1) the influences and the figures of individuals by practicing Pilates. 2) Feature on the body fat that divided into two dimensions of the weight of body fat and muscle fat.
