Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 綠色能源科技研究所碩士班 === 101 === This study contains three researches include. In the first part, nanomaterials ZnSe had been prepared via solvothermal method by adjusting reaction temperature and reaction time. In the second part, a electrospinning process had been employed to produce ZnSe/PVP composite fibers by changing the operating condition include voltages, distances, and flow rates, then calcinated the ZnSe precursor/PVP composite fibers at high temperature under nitrogen atmosphere to form ZnSe/PVP mesoporous composite fibers. Third, using the as-prepared ZnSe precursor/PVP composite then to fabricated ZnSe nanocrystals through dissolution-recrystallization mechanism via electrospinning assisted solvothermal approach. ZnSe nanoparticles with size in the range of 220–250 nm were obtained with hydrazine as solvent at 140°C for 2hr. The comparisons of each ZnSe products will also be discuss in the literary works. The shape, composite and structures of the as-synthesized products are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS), Transmission electronmicroscopy (TEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) equipments.
