The single subject research across subjects with multiple probe design was used. The participants were three 18 to 20 years old senior-high-school students with moderate to severe intellectual disabilities. The independent variable was general case method and the dependent variables were the percent of correct response of acquisition, maintenance, and generalization of community shopping skill. Results of the study were summarized as followings: 1. The general case method was effective on the acquisition of community shopping skill for three participants. 2. The general case method was effective on the maintenance of community shopping skill for three participants. 3. The general case method was effective on the generalization to different merchandises and situations of community shopping skill for three participants. 4.
