And to explore the different background variables, whether there are differences between the teachers implementation of current status , of the willingness and of external demand. And to understand the information technology in the current status of implementation of the willingness and of external demand to all aspects related. Researchers to "junior high school teachers of information technology ,science and technology and willingness to use the current situation survey" scale questionnaire. A total of 1,200 questionnaires, 866 valid questionnaires, and descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis or other statistical methods for analysis .This study the following conclusions: First, Junior teachers of natural, the current status of information technology capabilities and generally score higher, and whether it is teaching preparation activities, teaching activities or teaching integrated activities, teachers integrating IT into teaching wishes are high. Second, Different background variables: male teachers in the use of information technology capability and status than female teachers; implementation of full-time teachers of natural to below willingness serve as mentor teachers teachers is also an executive; services of junior teachers the implementation status experienced teachers with higher willingness; never majoring or natural formations teachers the implementation information technology into teaching difficulties and higher external demand; implementation of information technology into instruction time longer teachers the implementation the current situation and willingness higher than the implementation of the junior teachers, and difficulties the implementation in teaching. Third, Difficulties in integrating information technology into teaching, and information technology skills and current situation into teaching will or external demand two-two negative correlation, which means that the ability to improve information technology, information technology into teaching or willingness to help reduce external demand teaching difficult. According to the research findings, authorities on education, junior high school and subsequent researchers suggestions.
