碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 美術學系視覺藝術教學碩士班 === 101 === Contemporary comic has diverse, rich content and form, along with comics business, our life soon filled with comic images - people quote from comic books, use comic characters as their avatars, and even imitate the behaviors of the comic characters. On the other hand, movies, animations, musicals based on comic has already become popular recently, it appears that the enchantment of comic has branched out into various fields. Also, we can found it regularly changed from “popular culture” to "part of the art." This research concludes four aspects from literature, film and comic works by data collecting, research and case studies. The four aspects are: image juxtaposing, text juxtaposing, panel juxtaposing. By the conclusion of this research, a formal comic work was accomplished. On the other side, this research attempts to combine installation art and comics, using this method, the comic work “When we’re Together” is made. This piece combines the comic images and installation art, apart from previous comic expressions. This research provided to the comic artists of the future as a reference.
