Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 科技管理碩士班 === 101 === The Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technique is one of the contactless automatic recognition technologies. It is faster and more convenience than traditional bar-code system. Thus, the application of RFID is very widely, such as entrance controlling, agricultural tracking, transportation, medicine controlling, etc.. The operation process of RFID is the reader connects the information of goods which attached the tag by wireless transmission technology, and then combine with information system to do object management, tracking, and so on. Therefore, the RFID system can records the information in identification process in detail and increase information transparency.
The major purpose of this thesis was to develop the RFID system in a motor repair company to improve the performance of motor repair processes, based on the case study. Furthermore, this thesis was divided the original process into three sub-processes which were reception, assign maintenance technicians to repair, and checkout to discussion. In addition, this thesis used 5W1H and PDCA cycle to analyze the problem of process and develop the RFID system import process. In conclusion, using RFID system in motor repair industry not only improves there pair process but also raises the efficiency of overall maintenance operations and the competitiveness.
