Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 工業教育學系在職進修碩士班 === 101 === The Student’s Learning Attitudes at the Department of Business Management in New Taipei City’s Vocational High Schools Abstract The purpose of this study aimed to understand the student’s learning attitudes at the department of business management (DBM) in New Taipei City’s vocational high schools. The results would be useful for referring to plan the learning and teaching of schools. According to the results gained from the analysis of literature, the learning attitudes were defined by the five aspects such as attitude toward self-learning, school curriculum and facilities, teachers, peer students and problem solving. The learning attitudes were composed sixty-six elements and based on which the questionnaire of this study designed. The questionnaires sent to the students in day programs of DBM in New Taipei City’s vocational high schools. After two weeks 295 valid questionnaires were recovered and achieved with a response rate of 87%. Then, the data were analyzed with SPSS statistical software, and statistical methods like arithmetic average, standard deviation, one-sample t test, one-way ANOVA and sheffe ' method were used to explore and elaborate this research. Conclusions derived were as follows: (1) the students' attitude of DBM tended to positive situation (2) the female students presented learning attitude more positive than male students significantly (3) the higher grade of the students presented a more positive attitude, but no significant difference in the problem solving approach (4) the student of public school was more positive than the student of private school in the dimension of peer attitudes, others of four dimensions of learning attitude were not significant differences (5) there was no significant difference in education level of parents of students affected students' attitude, and (6) the higher points of the end of academic achievement of students learning the more positive attitude. On the whole, there were still to effort improving DBM students in learning attitude and should be integrated into the learning activities and courses. In particular, male, low-grade and private school students, to build students' self-confidence and self-learning attitude.
