While traditional method shows limit efficiency, the industry responses with innovation and change. The need for companies to increase the flexibility of logistics control with the scarcest resources while facing instant changes is the motive of this thesis. In addition to that, the Cloud Computing technique has been developed these years. With many entrepreneurs devoting incredibly large investment and manpower on relevant application and service, the depth and width of clouding service can be enhanced. When this service platform is put to use, it not only changes user’s habits, elevates the supply chain’s data connection as well as the entrepreneur’s flexibility, most of all, it will provide users non-stop service. For this purpose, the thesis aims to discuss the importance and satisfaction of Taiwanese supply chain providers to clouding logistic system, and to use Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to analyze the system’s influence on these providers. Different methods will be applied to explain how this logistic platform can be shared by different industrious domains, providing not only Taiwan’s logistics, but also global cargo status. This will help Taiwan’s logistic providers to think and act worldly, bringing whole new perspective and infinite opportunities to the industry.
