This study used qualitative research methods to analyze "international marriages" with respect to the family power structure, gender relations, religion, income, working conditions and consumer-oriented space to explore new immigrant women's acculturation status and consumption patterns ; to understand the nature of transnational marriages, respectively, from family life, social environment, customs, and further in-depth understanding of their consumption situation, for their views on the nature of transnational marriages cultural adaptation, spending power and consumption practices correlation space. The study found that interviewed Vietnamese women new residents, both in the workplace work, but are still responsible for most of the domestic work; continued the male class status, but also strengthened the women affiliated, inferior role.On the other hand, found that their consumption is correlated with income and consumption is not entirely for themselves, but for their families and children and so on. And Vietnam is a matriarchal society, when these women immigrants in the various demands can not be met, they cause high divorce rate. Respondents Vietnamese women about new residents in the consumer space is divided into four types: 1. Simply type 2. Night-market type 3 .Core type 4. Bounds type.
