Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育經營與管理學系 === 101 === The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among school internal marketing, school organization climate, and teachers’ job satisfaction, and further more, to provide references for school marketing activities. First of all, through literature analysis, this research discussed theoretical fundamentals and related researches.Secondly the study was focused on the formal teachers of public elementary schools in San Shia Area New Taipei City. The studied sample of 400 teachers were acquired through stratified purposive sampling method. There are 345 valid questionnaires among totally returned 380 questionnaires, the response rate is 95%. The data were analyzed by using the statistic methods of descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple stepwise regression analysis using a package of SPSS for Windows 12.0. The main findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1.Internal marketing right through school organizational climate has a positive influence, which support teachers' strategies to manage the most significant. 2.The school internal marketing has direct positive effect on theteachers' job satisfaction, and also has indirect effect on it through the organizational climate. That is, the organizational climate has mediated influence on the teachers' job satisfaction. 3.Organizational climate and teachers’ job satisfaction are significantly related ,and teachers intimate-oriented organizational climate is positively related to teachers’ job satisfaction. According to the research results, conclusions and suggestions are given to educationalorganizations, schools and future researches as reference materials.
