Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 課程與教學研究所 === 101 === The main purpose of this study is to develop a “story action plan” for elementary principals using story leadership on instruction leadership and to explore its effects. The study was based on the action research, and the participants of the study were from an elementary school in Taoyuan County. The researcher and the principal worked together to plan the method of execution, and correct the method. The data gathering includes the interview recordings, observation reports, and documents. And then coded and analyzed the data to answer the research questions. According to the purpose and result, the findings were described as follows: 一、The selection of the story should accord with the elements of instruction leadership. 二、It’s important to arrange the story telling time and the time point of showing the story according to the organization situation. 三、The way of presenting the story is to condense the presenting time and to show it with both verbally and in writing. 四、Using story on instruction leadership is a good ploy. 五、The “action research of principal using story on instruction leadership” can bring back many memories of the teachers. 六、The teachers were actuated by the “action research of principal using story on instruction leadership”. The conclusions above are recommendations for elementary schools, teachers and future studies.
