The survey has two interfaces: paper-based format and online format. A total of 88 valid questionnaires were collected to investigate consumers’ understanding of green products and recycled toner cartridge in order to find appropriate ways to increase consumers' willingness of using recycled toner cartridges and also to understand the consumers' concerns. The purpose of this paper is to use green products to educate consumers and to enhance their awareness and willingness of using recycled toner cartridges. It is hoped that through this research, consumers can have a better understanding of the purpose of using green products and recycled toner cartridges. The government should also actively promote not only the use of green products but also implement the establishment of green mark certification system, the price of regeneration cartridge, quality control, degree of satisfaction, and environmental problems, which can help motivate consumers’ purchase and increase their willingness of using recycled toner cartridges and ultimately help reduce waste and meet the goal of recycling.
