Therefore, companies always seek for solutions to improve organizational competitiveness. In addition to the pressure from work, people are also facing the pressure and conflicts from families. These pressures may lower employee efficiencies and organization performance. The impact could be crucial. Thus, in order to improve the employee satisfaction, many companies must take necessary actions to reduce the conflicts between family and work. This study is aimed to understand the relationship among work-family conflict (WFC), job involvement and work satisfaction to propose some practical implications for reducing the WFC for the shift personnel of the subject company. This study adopted questionnaire and surveyed the shifts personnel of A company as the research subject. The findings show that respondents’ work-family conflict is negatively related to job involvement and employee satisfaction. Some management improvement suggestions are provided.
