| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 會計學系 === 101 === After the China’s tourists come to Taiwan for sightseeing in recent years, our tourism is booming that includes the resort hotels, restaurants, resorts and so on. It is entirely dominated by the service. Three of the personnel, equipment and services have become the key of tourism that is successful or not. The utilization of assets is the performance of the above three elements. On the other hand, the operating cash flow for the amount of bearing on whether there is enough cash for the tourism to response the economy changes.
The study of our listed tourism companies, the above both affect the stock that the regression analysis and path analysis of the results that the impact is positive and the influence of the utilization of assets on the stock is greater than the influence of the cash flow on the stock. Also, for the domestic listed Ten tourist Hotel five Forces Analysis competitiveness rankings, the further analysis and discussion of its competitive advantages and disadvantages.
This paper is not only for the tourism investors to be the reference, but also to use as the reference of the competent authorities to develop tourism industry policy. This research paper is based on academic theory and basically for real life. This discussed the past, present and future of our listed tourism companies that affect the variation of the stock and competitive superiority. Therefore, it can increase the development of tourism and income of foreign exchange.
