Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺中科技大學 === 流通管理系碩士班 === 101 === Purpose: The activities of e-commerce (EC) industry have become particularly active since the rise of cloud services. It also led industries engage in new type of cloud service system development. In addition, SaaS has become the most rapid growth of cloud service systems in e-commerce. In order to make all of the functions of such service systems can be developed successful and extract the most appropriate product/service functions (attributes), all functions have to evaluate carefully. Consequently, it can used to be important referenced intelligence in system design. Design/methodology/approach: This study applies e-commerce systems success (ECSS) and importance-performance-analysis (IPA) to empirical research of a cloud service system (EZOrder), and has classified its characteristics of functions into four quandrants (such as concentrate here, keep up to work, low priority or possible overkill, etc.). This approach can be used to improvement of system design and adjustment of resources. Findings: The findings of this study is that ECSS and IPA to assessment of cloud service system Case (EZOrder) can effectively obtain classified quandrants of the product/service functions (attributes). In particular, the items which specified into “concentrate here” would be the most important (weak) and urgent needed for improvement of product/service functions. Contributions: The results of this study can indicated the improvement strategies for R&D of product/service. This contributes to system developers, is meaningful.
