Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 101 === For the past three decades, many software reliability growth models (SRGMs) have been proposed to assess the software reliability during software development processes. Up to now, the studies of software reliability have been continuing and hope to develop the models to predict software failure behavior in the testing/debugging phase exactly. The purpose of this study is to construct two general SRGMs using Non- Homogeneous Poisson Process (NHPP) and take the possibility of imperfect debugging into consideration. The proposed models incorporate the feature of exponential-shaped and linear types into fault-content function, and considering various fault-detection rates. In addition, numerical examples are given to verify the effectiveness of the proposed models, and compare with existing models. The comparison results show that the proposed models have more accurate prediction capability.
