Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 身心整合與運動休閒產業學系 === 101 === A Study on Perceived Coach Leadership Behavior and Training Satisfaction of Soft Tennis Players in National Senior High and Vocational High School Students Chien,An-Chih Department of Somatics and Sport Leisure IndustryNational Taitung University ABSTRACT This study was aimed to explore the present situation, compare different background variables and analyze the relevant situation of perceived coach leadership behavior and training satisfaction of soft tennis players in national senior high and vocational high school students. "Questionnaire for Perceived Coach Leadership Behaviors and Training Satisfaction of Soft Tennis Players in National Senior High and Vocational High School Students " was used as a research tool. The subjects were soft tennis players in national senior high and vocational high school students. 130 questionnaires were delivered and 118 copies were returned. Finally, the statistics software tool used for the questionnaire analysis was the SPSS for Windows version18.0, and the results were as follow. First, Autocratic Behavior got the highest scores of perceived coach leadership behaviors of soft tennis players in national senior high and vocational high school students. Then, Caring Behavior, Democratic Behavior, and Training and Instructions were followed by. Reward Behavior got the lowest. Second, the scores from the highest to the lowest of the training satisfaction of perceived coach leadership behavior of soft tennis players in national senior high and vocational high school students were Individual Performance, Training Programs, Team Relationship, and Leadership Behavior. Third, as for different background variables in perceived coach leadership behavior of soft tennis players in national senior high and vocational high school students, there were significant differences in Stages of Education and Years of Sports. On the other hand, , Offensive Position Gender, Age, Years of Team Participation, The Highest Achievement, and The Best Personal Performance existed no significant difference. Fourth, as for different background variables in the training satisfaction of soft tennis players in national high school students on perceived coach leadership behavior, significant differences The Best Personal Performance. There were no significant difference in were observed in Stage of Education, Offensive Position and Gender, Age, Years of Team Participation, Years of Sport, and The Highest Achievement. Fifth, perceived coach leadership behavior and the training satisfaction of soft tennis players in national high school students were positively correlated.
