In addition, the study examined the differences of background variables in participating motivations and learning satisfaction and explore the correlation between them. The research participants were sampling 452 students of fourth and fifth grade elementary school students of Taitung County in 102 academic year. The data were analyzed through Descriptive statistics, Independent-Sample T Test, Independent Single-Factor Analysis of Variance, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, Scheffe’s Method and Multivariate Stepwise Regression. The results of the study were as follows : 1. The students participating in Tee Ball in Tiatugn County had high participating motivation, as well as high levels of learning satisfaction. (1) The major participators were those students who were fourth grade boys, participating less than 1 year, and involving in training from 1 to 2 hours, also the contestants of preliminary games in school. (2)Participating motivation (M=4.07) remained high. “Health and Fitness”, was on the top, followed by “Sports Development” ,“Interpersonal Relationship”, “Sense of Achievement”, and“Environmental Influence” was the last. (3) The category, “Learning Satisfaction”, receives high score(M=4.15). The factor, “Course Content” tops the chart, followed by “Learning Result”, “Facility”, “Teaching (Coaching) Instruction”, “Peer Relationship”, and “School Administration” was at the bottom. 2. Distinctive differences showed in participating Motivations of the students in Taitung County, determined by Genders and experiences. (1) Boys showed stronger motivations than girls in the categories of "Interpersonal Relationships", "Self-Fulfillment", "Health and Fitness". (2) As the children who contested in final competition of the county’s tournaments had stronger participating motivations in the items of “Interpersonal Relationship”, “Sense of Achievement”, “Health and Fitness”, “Athletic Development”, and “Environmental Influence” than those who participating in school tryouts, regional preliminaries, and semi-finals. 3. Different genders of the students in Tiatung County showed great distinction among levels of satisfaction in the term of group practice, weekly training hours, and competition experiences. (1) Boys showed higher levels of satisfaction in the items of “learning Result” and “Facility” than girls. (2) The students participating from 1 to 2 years had higher levels of satisfaction in the items of “School Ammonization”, “Facility”, “Teaching (Coaching) Instruction”, “Peer Relationship”. (3) The students participating in the training from 2 to 4 hours had higher levels of satisfaction in “Teaching (Coaching) Instruction”, “School Administration”. (4) The students participating in country final had higher levels of satisfaction in “Learning Result”, “School Administration”, Facility”, “Teaching(Coaching) Instruction”, and “Peer Relationship”. 4. The participating motivations and learning satisfaction of elementary school students in Taitung Country in Tee Ball showed a high positive correlation. (r=.714) 5.
