In this study, Taitung University, 101 school the year the first semester of college students as research object, to editing the "Taitung University students participate in recreational sports of the present conditions and hinder factors survey questionnaire as a research tool, by using the samples of college students , a total issued 400 copies of questionnaires recycling 394, response rate 98.5% 0 invalid questionnaires, 394 valid questionnaires, questionnaire response rate was 100%, descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA analysis of statistical methods for data analysis, mainly found as follows: 1.Taitung University students participate in recreational sports status of the caseMost frequently involved in recreational sports project for a walk; most frequently involved in ball games for basketball; the number of sports, up to twice a week; participation in recreational activities at a time duration of 31 to 60 minutes; engaged in leisure movement habits haphazard up; most people take advantage of the holiday, non-holiday participation in recreational sports and evening (16:30-19:00) periods; participation in recreational sports, most often as the main companion and friend, and choose not to payment, participation in leisure playground, school-based, recreation spending without spending the most. 2.Taitung University students participating in recreational sports hinder the impact of various dimensions.High to low order: and individuals hinder, venues and facilities hinder impeding experience impeding family impeding "social obstacles.The overall hinder the average reached 3.34 is a moderately high. 3.Taitung University students participate in recreational sports, different background variables of gender, age, College of grade, parents' educational level, parents’ occupation, weekly wage whether, Monthly pocket money, to attend school scores, the pressure of homework, participate in recreational sports differences, there are differences exist. 4.Different recreational sports of Taitung University students involved in the degree of difference in participation in recreational sports impediments Scale, found that the higher college students participate in recreational sports, the higher leisure constraints they have to face.
