Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 國家發展研究所 === 101 === With rapid technological development progressing around the word, to master high-tech trends is an important way for counties to gain a competitive advantage. Under the government''s efforts, high-tech has become the most evolutive industry in Taiwan. However, due to the fast growth of high-tech industries and constant updated information, the burnout phenomenon caused by long working hours has been increasingly paid attention. On the other hands, because of the business strategy, high proportion of floating salary in technology industry might be one of the important reasons to lead to work-related burnout as well. According to the above arguments, this study used the survey information in the 2013 RDEC "Prevent workplace burnout and promote industrial competitiveness "of the research project to figure out if burnout is caused by foundry and floating salary. In this case, logistic regression model and multiple linear regression model were utilized to analysis sample data. The results were described as follows: (1) Foundry is related to the long working hours but not burnout. (2) Floating salary is related to the long working hours but not burnout. (3) Long working hours had no influence on foundry and floating salary to burnout.
