However, the wave of trading liberalization around 1990s sharpened the competition for the increase of material and manpower cost. The value of hosiery industry decreases.
In this study, general surveys of the causes of industrial clusters, current status and future directions, and industrial structure to the hosiery industry are made. And then I use SWOT to analyze and frame the response strategies. Develop a strong production and supply chain function to relevant industry and government units. Hope the
hosiery industry may be reformed and obtain different competitive market power.
