Using questionnaire survey, the study mainly looked for qualified printing industry in Suzhou and Guangzhou area (including affiliated factories), China. They generally agreed with non-economic performance in terms of enterprise performance. 2.Entrepreneurs in printing industry with different gender, age and business experience have varied "personality traits". Entrepreneurs in printing industry with different gender, previous serving companies and own companies have significantly different opinion on "entrepreneurial performance”. 3.The personality traits of entrepreneurs in printing industry and entrepreneurial performance showed significant positive correlation in some parts. 4.The personality traits of entrepreneurs in printing industry have some predictive power for entrepreneurial performance.
