| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 都市發展與建築研究所 === 101 === In recent years, Taiwan government actively develops creative cultural industries that the industrial cultural heritages have another chance to reutilization and sustainable preservation. This research reviews literatures of Industrial cultural heritage, Creative cultural industries and Sugar factory, This research reviews literatures of Industrial cultural heritage, Creative cultural industries, Sugar factory, and develops four aspects and the criteria under each aspect to evaluate the reutilization of industrial cultural heritage combines creative cultural industry. And utilize the Fuzzy Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process to select the important criteria under each aspect and estimate the weight of each aspect and development indicators. Finally, utilize development indicators to evaluate the performance of each main sugar factory developing the creative cultural industries in Taiwan.
The result of the study is found, while assessing the reutilization of industrial cultural heritage combines creative cultural industry, the experts think that the most important development indicator is local Characteristics, the second is rarity, and the third is industry culturalization. And then, the experts think that the symbolic and refinement are much less influence compared to the other development indicators set up in this research for the reutilization of industrial cultural heritage combines creative cultural industry.
This research analyzes the five major sugar factory of Taiwan. We can find that the Madou Tsungyeh sugar factory is the most development into the creative cultural industries, and the next is the Hualien sugar factory, Taitung sugar factory. The last is the Xihu sugar factory and Huwei sugar factory. Finally, the development of Creative cultural industries needs to develop, the combination of local resources, import new industries, development experience culture, constructing development framework, strengthen the business-oriented.
