At the present, there are many factors affect the operation and existence of non-profit organization because of the social vicissitude. Recently, the non-profit organization establishes in succession, the resource issue and financial problems become the most significant subject to them. This study is a combination of the theories and practices of the non-profit organization sales promotion and the research of fund raising. The development of domestic non-profit organization has various patterns with diverse features. This research shows using the resource effectively is a main course of the existence of the non-profit organization. The fundraising is the bedrock, and the marketing is auxiliary. It examined in three ways: firstly, we analyzed the marketing of the non-profit organization and fund raising coordination, secondly, we explored a great strategy to face this social vicissitude, and finally, we deliberated the benefit of cooperation with government.
This study focuses on the qualitative research in which we investigated at both the viewpoints of government standpoint and the non-profit organization. This research selected two individual cases, by interviewing 6 official staff in committee and the charity shop, then assaying the result.
The result comes out in two aspects: 1. The dilemma of the non-profit organization: (1) HR and volunteer operation (2) The lack of fund raising(3) Keen competition (4) The conduct propaganda (5) Information technology 2. The benefit of supporting by government: (1) Guarding the freedom of speech and association (2) Encouraging multi-cultural society (3) Letting people follow the laws (4) Providing more social welfares (5) Recompensing the problem of market failure.
According to concluding remarks stated above, the suggestions are: (1) government assisting (2) well communication (3) training and operation for the volunteers.
