Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 經營管理研究所在職專班 === 101 === With data centers growing and becoming more complex, many companies adopted cloud computing as a solution for sharing data, improving resource management, increasing efficiency, and enhancing the overall performance. Cloud computing has made software more attractive as a service than ever and been recognized as the most cost-effective option. Lots of industries undertake Software-as-a- Service to make their tasks easier and to reduce IT costs. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the impact of system quality, information quality, and user satisfaction on user performance towards the housing system which was conducted on cloud computing in National Formosa University. Our research model was developed based on IS model and self-efficacy theory and users using the housing system in various universities served as examples. After data collection, the structural equation modeling was adopted to test the proposed hypotheses. The results revealed that information quality has a significant positive effect on user intention. Besides, both of self-efficacy and user intention have significant positive effects on user performance.
