Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 機械與機電工程研究所 === 101 === Before the construction of modern buildings, the design drawing should be accomplished first, and then comes the construction plan. The CAD for electrical and mechanical industry uses nowadays is still at the function of “computer-aided drawing”. Due to the scales of construction projects are increasing, the electromechanical systems are more and more complex correspondingly. In order to meet the requirement of the project management team, the information management technology of 3D, 4D, BIM (Building Information Model) etc. has been rising and developing. The information model is developed based on BIM. This model is applied to information integration, project scheduling, construction management etc., therefore, case verification for this new concept and its effect is needed. This study is to establish the construction analysis by resolving 2D mechanical and electrical operating mode, standardize and modulize the drawing process. Make a 3D BIM model to meet the requirement of electromechanical systems, optimize the info system and provide useful information. Apply 3D BIM model to prepare for construction in order to reduce manpower and material waste. Expect to decrease human errors and to improve quality and efficiency of electrical and mechanical engineering.
