The function of each modulus provides an exact motion for towel manufacture. The opening mechanism make the wrap open to let weft can pass inside the hole. The tying weft mechanism makes sure the wrap and weft can be arranged regularly. The component of the towel includes the loop area and the ribbon area which provides different function. The weft form a small loop in the loop area of the towel and the weft deliver by the weft deliver mechanism should longer than the ribbon area. Too much length or short wefts for these tow area make the towel quality bad. In this study, two different weft deliver mechanisms, single shaft and twin shafts are analyzed theoretically first, then an experimental test is implemented in towel manufacture factory to compare their difference in efficiency. The result shows that twin shafts type provide accuracy motion than the single shaft type machine.
