However, the techniques being utilized by these short-track ice skaters come from speed skaters which can result in poor performance quality degration and can increase the risk of injuries. All that mentioned above is due to the difference in characters of equipment and place which causes these transformed athletes to take ever longer time to reach the international standards in the event. Expertized training is absolutely crucial for short-track ice skaters quoted from many experts in the field. Currently, the short-track ice skaters seriously lack of expertized training to increase basic skills which involve gliding, imitating actively and motionlessly, kicking off the ice, stabilizing curve speed, and arranging the routine on ice…etc. It will definitely enhance the standards of the short-track ice skaters effectively and the performance of athletes will be able improved.
