Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 101 === The purpose of this study is to discuss the operating performance before and after the establishment of financial holding companies in Taiwan, the third、fourth quarter of 2011vs.the first、second quarter of 2012. The Examples is Taiwan Cooperative Financial Holding Company in this study. In the study, use Z statistical analysis to analyze the Constructs of solvency、managerial capabilities、profitability and growth force about 15 financial ratios to study on Operational Performance before and after the Establishment of Financial Holding company, The major findings of this research have showed as below: 1.We find that company have been established after the financial holding company except in net worth ratio、NPL ratio、Return on Equity and Return on Assets has outside the good performance, other financial radios are not significant difference. 2.The result indicates that after Financial Holding company establishes, debt paying ability index have had significant difference, the result may be due to the short time. 3.The result indicates that after Financial Holding company establishes, the profitability index have performed better result. Because FHC includes more the funds, manpower, technique…etc to the company, then the company has produced positive effects in operation and service performance.
