Therefore, in such a competitive market environment, has a good warranty service products, is absolutely necessary for manufacturers to consider the conditions. Warranty service is actually based on the product manufacturer to market demand, to give consumers a product tailored to ensure the contractual agreement. Its contents are all described in the product being sold, in the event of failure within the warranty period (or ineffectiveness), vendors will self-absorbed to provide additional repair costs to consumers free repair, or even a direct replacement new products. Main purpose of this thesis, according to Jack & Murthy,2010[11] proposed cutting type replacement warranty service model concept, design a high maintenance cost model for warranty replacement policy. By numerical examples, analysis of this new warranty service model strategies, and find out the best chance of replacement, the replacement time interval and the warranty period, making the high cost of maintenance warranty replacement policy lowest cost model.
