This study use literature review and questionnaire to collate and analyze the leadership style, personality traits and behavioral indicators of organizational culture. In this study, in addition to explore the multi-level marketing MLM business career personality traits and job performance of multi-level marketing business with the perceived leadership style of counseling on-line job performance of their MLM business impact, the continuation of the multi-level marketing business personality traits their MLM career job performance, whether it will be perceived by multi-level marketing business different leadership styles on-line counseling be affected? The results can be used as multi-level marketing company feedback on practice and application. This study used questionnaires, subjects in the Taipei area multi-level marketing business as a sample, for a total sample of 258 copies, and the following results: 1. Multi-level marketing on the personality traits of extraversion have a significant positive impact on job performance. 2. Multi-level marketing business on-line counseling perceived leadership style have a significant positive impact on job performance. 3. Multi-level marketing business personality traits of extraversion, cognitive counseling when their leadership style on-line transactional leadership, the work has a significant negative impact on performance. Finally, according to the results of quantitative research to make some providers for multi-level marketing business and to give advice in the organization, the results can be used as multi-level marketing company feedback on practice and application. 羅彥棻 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 89 zh-TW
