With the booming of domestic tourism market, people also increase their demand for accommodation when traveling around in Taiwan. The homestay owners are actively going into the tourism, so homestay has become one of the most important choices for travelers to accommodate. However, the number of homestay have become more and more, in order to run the business better, offering innovative services and creating features to make differences from others is the key of business continuity.
In this study, the Customer Journey Map is used as a research tool, and information is gathered to identify the main customer, analyze and summarize customer decision and contact. By understanding customer value proposition to meet customers’ needs, create different homestay experiences and moreover, create a service process to make customer feel thoughtful into heart. Through the elaboration of the business plan to construct the future operation direction of homestay blueprint; from telling brand story, establishing homestay’s CSI identification to bring up Dynamic Innovation Iceberg theory using customer value proposition, and develop a franchise plan(Mo pin) in the last.
Operating a homestay is the same as starting a company, the owners can use the business plan to set short-term, mid-term, and long-term objective, foresee the risks and set the right direction to enhance the chances of success.
