碩士 === 東吳大學 === 法律學系 === 101 === This paper intents to investigate and discuss legal issues pertaining Application Store(App Store) applications and proposed corrective actions based on results discovered to ensure successful operation of operators and developers of App Store. Chapter 1 will describes the purpose, scope, methods and intended results of this research. Chapter 2 describes the App Store applications. Chapter 3 explores issues surrounding consumer protection law and online product classification of App Store applications. Chapter 4 will discuss privacy and confidentiality concerns related to App Store applications. Chapter 5 identifies the issues pertaining App Store applications and its intellectual property. Chapter 6 will discuss and outline the development of App Store applications and the role of government in their support of information technology industry.
