Pregnancy is a woman's unique physical structure. In full of masculinity army, the pregnant female soldier's image is much more gentle and graceful. This study is adopted the qualitative research orientation, and conducted in-depth interview with 9 participants respectively to understand their pregnant and adaptation experience in the military environment, motherhood and career. After the data analysis, the results are summarized as the three dimensions of motherhood-workplace, motherhood-career, and motherhood-workplace-career. The results showed that after female soldiers’ giving birth, their motherhood experience is bound to affect their consideration with the workplace and career. The adaptation experience includes three parts of the problem-focus orientation, emotional-focus orientation, and social support. Most of the female soldier can adopt the problem-focus orientation methods when they face difficulties, if the difficulties can not be resolved, they will take motional-focus orientation methods instead. Finally, a strong social support system can reduce the female soldiers’ pressure of the work and the taking care of the children, which make female soldiers pursue career development without worrying about family.
