Our research methods involve first conducting literature review and then designing a closed questionnaire. A total of 833 questionnaires were handed out to soldiers and 704 were recovered, amounting to an effective response rate of 84.5%. After analyzing we reach the following conclusions: 1、Different backgrounds of voluntary soldiers correspond to large discrepancies in the perception of the leadership style of the company commander, task satisfaction and organizational committement. 2、The perception of the leadership style of the company commander is of high correlation with task satisfaction and organization commitment. 3、The leadership style of the company commander and task satisfaction can be used to predict organizational commitment. 4、Currently, voluntary soldiers have a low degree of satisfaction with salary levels and materialistic. The intrinsic satisfaction and normal satisfaction of voluntary soldiers can also be used to increase the organization commitment of voluntary soldiers. 5、Voluntary soldiers have a greater sense of accomplishment and organizational commitment when they have higher degrees of familial harmony.
