Description
Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 101 === In the twenty first century which focuses on vertical integration of the supply chain and operation management, both medium and large manufacturing-oriented enterprises need a process model or system to manage the external supply chain effectively and secure material inventory and production status internally. The system can integrate and analyze all the information on each stage so that the obtained information can give full play to the management performance. This study is based on the needs of "Critical Material" first. This study uses the usual operation process of the ERP systems and the SFIS systems to deduce and design the inventory management system of "Critical Material" under the premise of a completed basic information system in businesses. It further discusses the status change process on raw materials, components, semi-finished products, and products. Then it generalizes four stages of procurement storage, manufacture, shipments from the factory, and sales return. Finally it develops the inventory management system of "Operating System Product Key". When inventory management system of "Operating System Product Key" goes on-line, it means "Critical Material" inventory management model is suitable for the operation process of such material inventory management. Under the situation of the demand to share information with suppliers, this model can be used to build related systems. It can also achieve the purpose on information resources sharing, instant message communication, reducing process, and reducing operating costs through information technology. Keywords: Inventory Management System, Supply Chain Management, Critical Material.
