The current digital-textbooks that designed specifically for teachers have the same editing content as paper textbooks, besides they are attached with assorted reference materials and images, sounds, animations and videos. These digital-textbooks are integrated as a new generation of media education. These supplement information and lively scenes facilitate teachers to prepare and teach and enhance students' willingness to learn. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the attitude and intention of elementary school teachers toward using Minnan Dialect digital-textbook. We extend Technology Acceptance Model as the basis of this theory, and propose usefulness of cognition, accessibility of cognition, and willing of usage to explore the relationships between each phase. The researched objects were sampled from the elementary school teachers in New Taipei City by questionnaires, The conclusions of this research are listed below: The teachers of elementary schools are willing to use Minnan Dialect digital-textbook; The elementary schools teachers who have abundant experience in Minnan Dialect digital-textbook are willing to use Minnan Dialect digital-textbook; The higher quality Minnan Dialect digital-textbook is, the more willing teachers are to use. Based on above conclusions from our research, we propose some suggestions as reference of editing Minnan Dialect digital-textbook for textbook publishers and education administration in the future.
