The issues such as energy shortages, greenhouse effect are the greatest concerns of every country. Currently, Taiwanese government are promoting the slogan “Energy Conservation & Carbon Reduction” and hopes to encourage citizens turn off the lights or unplug the machines that are not operating, However, the effects are limited. To solve the above problems, the top goal of this thesis is to design a system which can manage electronic equipment automatically and record their function status within a space. In this paper, I have designed a set of intelligent control interface based on energy conservation which can collect the environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, CO2, Illumination, the information of energy by using outlets, operators and so on through the relay stations in a space, and, then, sends those information to the monitoring system. According to those parameters, the system can make the decision whether to turn on or off electrical equipment. It can improve people's accustomed usage of electricity. The user can use the monitoring interface to see through the environment parameters and the operating conditions of the electronic equipment of each space clearly. The automated management system of the electronic equipment can also be manual by the user-friendly interface to turn on or off the corresponding electronic equipment according to different contexts. The large power consumption devices can be set on a schedule to be uninstalled in the interface. And, the schedule can be set based on the wattage data returning through the wisdom outlet system. If the energy consumption exceeds the particular wattage then the outlets will be short down following the order set by the user. Enterprise can schedule the electronic usage of outlets base on the capacity of electricity contracts in order to avoid the expenditure of exceeding usage. Meanwhile, it can deploy energy usage and improve the effectiveness of energy saving by the automatic adjustment and control system.
