In this paper, we addressed in University’s information system which regarded with Energy-Saving concerned. We proposed a network infrastructure and to examine the power-consuming efficiency. The contribution of this paper contains: (a) How to build a visualization service. (b) How to provide an Energy-Saving strategy for stable information services. (c) How to analysis the power-consuming for different information services. In our preliminary results showed our proposed architecture could give good suggestions for building other network infrastructure in the future.
