The business concept of insurance financial holding companies changed from simply sales to special made for one client with comprehensive financial services. Insurance sales representatives face the challenge of transformation accordingly. And how to obtain the balance between working stress and sales quota has been the very important issue of sales representatives. This research intends to examine the relationship between working motivation, working stress, job satisfaction with turnover intention with the research objects- life insurance sales representatives of financial holding companies and non-financial holding companies. The research result says the inner work motivation with work stress of life insurance sales representatives get negative influence. But the outside work motivation with work stress gets positive influence. Work motivation with job satisfaction gets positive influence. Work stress with turnover intention get the positive influence. Work motivation and job satisfaction with turnover intention get negative influence. Work stress and job satisfaction get the intermedia effort in work motivation and turnover intention. Life insurance companies can know the reasons driving the life insurance sales representatives hand out the resignation. The company can do effort to release their work stress and improve their job satisfaction; furthermore, the staff still gets the willing to work for the original company. This is the first priority job inside the insurance company. This study result can how a life insurance company to reduce and prevent the possibility of turnover intention of life insurance sales representatives, at the same time to reduce the relevant cost of voluntary resign. 林豐騰 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 68 zh-TW
