碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 金融與風險管理系碩士班 === 101 === This study examines the relationship between role stress and emotional exhaustion, with the moderation of perceived social support and reward fairness, among the military controllers Research results based on the data collected from 409 military controllers and analyzed with the SPSS sofeware role stress and emotional exhaustion. Moreover social support and reward fairness each play a negative moderating role on the relationship between role stress and emotional exhaustion. The study has implications for the military leaders and personnel department by offering evidence about the importance of managing controllers’ perceptions of the support from their family members, peers and supervisors and the reward justice. Limitations and future directions are presented as well.
