Summary:碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 101 === Banking Academy is a leading university of Viet Nam which specializes in training the staffs in the financial banking and related fields. Banking Academy has many training centers with 798 lecturers, staffs and about 20.000 students. Since 2008, following the declaration of the decrees of the Ministry of Education, Banking Academy has been applying ICT in education management, Banking Academy plan, maintain and manage all the training activities by means of Educational Management Information System (EMIS). In fact, the EMIS adopts an application software called EduMan. Now, Banking Academy is planning to expand the application of this system to all the branches in order to increase the quality of education management. To investigates the possible factors influencing the accepance of teachers, staffs when using EduMan, this thesis has proposed a theoretical model for testing the user’s acceptance, which modifies and extends from Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Based on the proposed model, questionnaire is also designed to survey a randomly selected sample obtained from lecturers, staffs in Banking Academy. After the data analysis of the questionnaire result, this thesis has discovered some factors that possess positive influence on user’s acceptance of EduMan at Banking Academy of Viet Nam.
