碩士 === 樹德科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 101 === Student management software (SSM) is the most popular software being encouraged to use in Vietnamese schools. SSM is developed by the Ministry of Education and Training (MET) and is provided freely. Despite being widely introduced in 2009 and having many useful functions in supporting the fulfillment of daily tasks at schools, there have not been many schools being applying this software. In order to find out the factors influencing the behavioral intention to use SSM software, the author has conducted this research with the hope of little contribution in helping MET have policies to promote the implementation of this software in Vietnamese schools. A research has been conducted with the direct delivery of a questionnaire list to nearly 300 participants working at different high school in Hanoi. The collected data is interpreted by SmartPLS version 2.0 and the findings indicate that the behavioral intention to use SSM is strongly affected by the technology environment, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use. If MET would like to widen the application of SSM in Vietnamese education system, its managers should pay attention on those influencing factors and having suitable policies.
