The study on the context of Air Force Institute of Technology, it is supposed that an e-learning system will be introduced to the school. Through the benefits of e-learning, they are not only to enhance the capacity and effectiveness of teaching and learning, but also give multiple learning channels between teachers and students, and save time and costs. This research has refered to the technology acceptance model, the integrated technology acceptance model, the information system success mode and the related research of e-learning. After analysis and choice, we obtained research framwork including seven constructs, which are quality constructs(information quality, and system quality, and service quality), and organization promoting factors (Organization fit, and policy support), and using attitude, and net benefits. In order to discuss key factors to introduce e-learning to Air Force Institute of Technology successfully. In this study, quantitative methods are used. The faculties, students and administrative staff of the Institute are as the objects. The paper questionnaires were issued, and 306 valid samples were obtained. Data analysis methods include descriptive statistics, reliability and validity, single-factor analysis of variance, correlation, and path analysis. After empirical analysis, the following are conclusions: (1) quality constructs will positively affect the using attitude of e-learning. (2) The organization promoting factors that will positively affect the using attitude of e-learning. (3) the using attitude of e-learning will positively affect the net benefit of introduce e-learning system to the institue. Air Force Institute of Technology to successfully introduce e-learning, must hold the key factors are: system quality, information quality, and service quality of e-learning system, organizational adaptation to e-learning, and policy support for e-learning.
