Besides that the harsh nature of the competition increasingly fierce, forcing insurance companies to proactively build appropriate business strategy. In the way to create the company''s competitiveness, the advantage through people is considered essential elements. Humans are considered to be basic resources and decisions of all time. Human resources is a key factor for sustainable and difficult to change in any organization. For insurance companies the premium through insurance agents system relatively large proportion. Therefore the satisfaction survey in the work of the staff of insurance agents is necessary to help businesses avoid risks in terms of personnel and management of human resources policy better. This study was conducted to: (1) Identify the factors that affect job satisfaction level of employees in the company; (2) Measurement of the level of the job satisfaction of employees in the company; (3) Check whether there are any other between the satisfaction level of employees by personal characteristics (age, gender, education, seniority, department). Research model consists of five components: Work ‘Itself’, Payment, Opportunities for promotion, Supervision, Co-workers and Leadership. five ii hypothesis corresponding to each component is developed based on the theory of satisfaction in the work of the employees. The topic uses the quantitative research method to determine the relationship employee’s satisfaction and five specifically influential factors consisting of job training, job allocation and promotion system in BVNH Company. Actually there are many factors impacting on the employee’s job satisfaction, but the research has just indicated three above mentioned factor. In the study, the data is collected by the questionnaire sent to the 200 employees randomly who are working in this company. The results study indicate that all of five factors have affected the employee’s job satisfaction in BHHN company which is the statistics meaning . On the practical side, the study helps managers see the factors that affect employee satisfaction, job satisfaction level of employees in the company, thereby making the solution necessary and appropriate in order to improve the level of job satisfaction for employees.
