To bank or credit institution can building and developing, it is very necessary to have the capital sources mobilized from customer deposits of individuals and organizations in the economy. Capital mobilization from individual customers is not directly profitable to the bank but it is a very important activity because if there is no this source, commercial banks or credit institutions will not carry out any business operations such as credit supply, providing many various services for their customers, financial investment and so on. On the other hand, through capital mobilization from deposits of individual customers, banks can measure the prestige and trust of customers as well as assessment of customer’s satisfaction for their services. By this, helping banks can improve service quality more and more better.
