The subjects were the total of 375 public elementary school teachers from Kaohsiung City in 101 Academic Year. Meaning of Life Scale and Teacher’s Well-Being Scale Questionnaires were compiled for data collection. Descriptive statistics, independent-Sample t- test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted for statistics analysis. The results are as follows: 1) The score for sense of meaning in life and sense of well-being for the subjects are above medium. 2) There is a significant difference among the subjects with different gender, educational background, and religious belief on sense of meaning in life. 3) There is a significant difference among the subjects with different educational background, marital status, and religious belief on sense of well-being. 4) There is a significant positive correlation between sense of meaning in life and sense of well-being of the subjects. 5) Sense of meaning in life of the subjects was a effective predictor for sense of well-being. 黃文樹 2013 學位論文 ; thesis 110 zh-TW
