The subjects were the total of 375 public elementary school teachers from Kaohsiung City in 101 Academic Year. Questionnaires were adopted for data collection. Descriptive statistics, t- test, one way ANOVA, Pearson’s product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted for statistics analysis. The results are: 1) Elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung are at medium or above level in workplace ego-resilience and the sense of well-being. 2) Religious belief make a significant different on workplace ego-resilience and the sense of well-being of the subjects. 3)There is a significant positive correlation between workplace ego-resilience and the sense of well-being of the subjects. 4) Workplace ego-resilience is a significant predictor for the sense of well-being.
